Paid $88 for reservation at Carbone’s Miami, arrived at my scheduled time, hostess said reservation was cancelled. No customer service to assist. Was connected to original reservation holder and they didn’t offer any resolution. Manager at Carbone said they don’t honor Appointment Trader reservations, has to be booked through Resy and verified when you arrive. Appointment Trader offered a credit for future reservations, but clearly should have refunded the reservation payment. Poor customer experience that needs to be fixed!
