Paid $88 for reservation at Carbone’s Miami, arrived at my scheduled time, hostess said reservation was cancelled. No customer service to assist. Was connected to original reservation holder and they didn’t offer any resolution. Manager at Carbone said they don’t honor Appointment Trader reservations, has to be booked through Resy and verified when you arrive.
