    Carbone Las Vegas was a great experience

    Had the best experience with my girlfriend at Carbone. Service was top notch and food was delicious.

    Great food, great ambiance, great staff...

    Everything was great. We mixed things up and shared everything (table of four). Surprisingly, our least favorite dish was the spicy rigatoni that everyone raves about. It was good, but some of the other things we had (veal pargm, etc) were out of this world.🤌🏻

    Not super busy lots of empty tables for how hard it is to book. Food was good - along the lines of good basic Italian and. Not super special these days maybe ??

    Love it!

    Amazing service at the Vegas location and they pay attention to details. Small things like the staff who notice I dropped my fork while taking pictures he immediately came with a new one and picked up on the floor without me even saying anything yet!
